Devotees offer a half-kilometer of saree to the Yamuna

The pooja of Shri Yamuna Maharani was held in a Vedic way at Raja Ghat in Mathura on Sunday with the hope for the nation's health, happiness, and pure Yamuna water. The majestic Chunari Manorath was thereafter finished.

The multicoloured chunaris that were used to decorate the Yamuna from one shore to the other were said to provide great and supernatural delight to the worshippers. Pandit Amit Bhardwaj, who appeared in the show as Acharya, stated that the ceremony was held for the people's welfare and emancipation from the corona epidemic, and that pure water should be sent to Yamuna Ji as soon as possible.
